Terms of Service

NANBA TEAM provides monthly content-creation and page-management retainers — short-form video editing, social post design, captions, and content strategy — as described in the Essential and Premium plans.

Exact deliverable counts and inclusions are set by the plan you select. Custom packages are scoped and agreed in writing before work begins.

You agree to supply raw footage, brand assets, and timely feedback so we can meet your content calendar. We provide mobile recording guidelines to help you capture usable clips.

Delays in providing footage or approvals may shift delivery dates for that cycle.

Essential includes one focused revision round per creative; Premium includes two. Structural script restarts or full reshoots fall outside the standard rounds and are quoted separately.

Monthly retainers are billed in advance. Pricing shown (₹5,000 / ₹10,000 per month) is indicative and confirmed at onboarding.

There is no long-term lock-in — you may pause or cancel with 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle. Fees already paid for an active cycle are non-refundable once production has begun.

Retainers do not include paid ad spend (Meta/Google), professional on-location video production, studio actor hire, third-party stock licensing, physical print design, or influencer gifting budgets.

These can be arranged as custom add-ons on request.

On full payment for a cycle, you own the final published content we deliver for that cycle. We retain the right to showcase published work in our portfolio unless you opt out.

Project files, templates, and internal working assets remain the property of NANBA TEAM.

We pour real craft into every deliverable, but we don't guarantee specific view counts, follower growth, or algorithmic reach. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected billing cycle.
